Adsense Coming To Video Games?
Word to Minority Report. Well there was always product placement in video games. But damn I’d expect something like this in xbox live. Adsense, a blogger’s best friend. I’m not mad at Google. How do you calculate cpm with your exp points? On the real, I wouldn’t even mind a real ad in place of “loading” during online gameplay. BTW, I still don’t own any 2nd gen console.
The internet empire, Google, is planning to implement its “AdSense” advertising program in video games and the company has been apparently testing it for months, according to Venture Beat.
But, things might get scary if it happens. According to the source, the tech demo showed an game character introducing an ad by saying, “And now, a word from our sponsor.” Does this mean, when we get to a climactic battle in Gears of War 2, Marcus Fenix has to drop his lancer and pick up a Pepsi?
As the report mentions, Google’s initiative of in-game ads may have started with the launch of their Second Life-like MMO, Lively By Google. And since they have been quietly testing the “AdSense” program, they might be launching it in the coming months. [ SOURCE ]

Subzero Vs. Batman
I really gotta get an Xbox 360 or something. I’ve yet to play Halo 3, GTA 4, Ninja Gaiden 2…any of that. But I’ma have to cop an Xbox 360 or something for THIS reason. So out of all of the DC characters and Mortal Kombat characters who is the best? If you said anybody other than Batman? YOU ARE WRONG!!

I can humbly offer you a whole list of reasons why Batman won’t be defeated by the likes of the undead and half monster half demon characters that exist in Mortal Kombat. Can you offer one legitimate reason why they can defeat Batman. You’d probably have to be a Batman fanboy in order to actually create a reason to defeat Batman. Then you’d have to think, “hasn’t Batman destroyed them before.”
Not to put anybody on front street. But. I was at the movies once with a young woman. And somehow during the trailers, something about Batman came up in conversation. And she says to me, “I don’t like Batman.” DATE OVER! I was limp the rest of the night.

I never understood this concept: Hittin’ off the hookers give you energy. However, I’ve only experienced the contrary. Somebody explain!

Black Looks is saying that Resident Evil 5 is a game of hate where the protagonist (white guy) is killing africans (black people). This will be a toughie. On one hand, I’ve been killing all kinds of zombies since the first Resident Evil…I don’t care what color they are. So it doesn’t bother me. [ Source ]

The reason why Xbox 360 will never lose this game right here. Thank you Bill, for putting my mind back in perspective. Station what? Wii who? Pshaw! Now if Sony can get Square Enix to create a new Final Fantasy VII… that’d be nuts. -
