Lil Wayne Apologizes To Richmond Fans »

Lil Wayne made it to Richmond, Virginia to perform for a sellout crowd last night (January 25), but the rapper was more than three hours late, after spending the day in an Arizona court.

According to The Richmond-Times Dispatch, the rapper’s plane had to be rerouted while en route to Richmond, causing the him to be late to his show at the Landmark Theater, which angered fans that attended.

“I just flew in 10 minutes ago. I just had to deal with a whole lot of bulls**t today, but I guess you know that,” Lil Wayne told the crowd. “I want you to know that no one in this building had nothing to do with the attitude I got right now…some [stuff] happened today that made me look at life in a different way.
I’m [ticked] off to the highest point right now and trying to get it together for y’all.”

According to The Times-Dispatch, the rapper gave half hearted performances of “I’m a D-Boy ” and “Duffle Bag Boy,” before the rapper walked off the stage.

Some shocked fans began to leave the venue, when Lil’ Wayne returned to the stage rejuvenated.

After apologizing to the crowd, Lil Wayne performed for the next hour to a confused, but enthusiastic crowd.

Earlier yesterday, Lil Wayne, born Dwayne Carter Jr., was in a Wellton, Arizona court, where he was charged with three felonies, stemming from an incident on Tuesday (January 22).

The rapper’s tour bus was pulled over by U.S. Border Patrol officers near Dateland, Arizona, which is over 75 miles from Yuma.

A canine unit alert officers to the possibility of drugs on the rapper’s tour bus, which was carrying 11 other people.

Police searched the vehicle and found 3 ounces marijuana, over an ounce cocaine and over an ounce of Ecstasy, as well as $22,000 dollars in cash.

Lil Wayne was charged with felony possession of a narcotic for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and released on $10,185 bail.

The rapper appeared in court yesterday and then immediately left on a private plane for the performance at the Landmark Theater in Richmond.

Lil Wayne is scheduled to perform tonight (January 26) in Chattanooga Tennessee. – [ SOURCE ]

Sometimes The ONLY Thing People Understand Is Violence »

The biggest story going on in the Richmond area right now is this. A man decides to rob a Baskin-Robbins with a bb-gun that looked more like a semiautomatic. In the process of robbing the place, he tells the 2 workers to move to the back. One of the two, the manager then retreats to get his piece. And then starts shoots at the robber. The robber runs outside in effort to retreat. The manager steps outside and shoots some more.

The robber gets hit in the hand and in the back. The next day, the cops find the robber laid out on his own front lawn with a small amount of money. The cops get him to the hospital. The robber dies. The cops are trying to decide whether or not to charge the manager or not. Virginia law allows a person to use deadly force in self-defense only if his safety is threatened. There is currently a petition being circled around in support of the manager so that the Commonwealth’s Attorney won’t file criminal charges.

It’s known that the robber had a long history of robberies. And IT IS UNFORTUNATE that anybody die like that. (I’m a sympathetic mofo.) Because even though he was wrong, that’s somebody’s father-son-brother-uncle-bf-husband…etc. But don’t get it twisted. If I felt my life was threatened, the robber wouldn’t have gotten that far.

In this day and age, it seems that mofos only understand one thing. The promise of death. God forbid…Straight up, sometimes I be itching for somebody to try to break in my crib. Better bring a tank! And Rambo!

I’d shoot a ninja and torture him a little before the cops show up if there’s anything left of him.

Cops would show up and be like “You had a break-in?”
zlr: “Yeah but he’s dead now. I’m feeding him to the mouses! All of the mouses ever!!!!”
