Video: Rosenberg Diaries - Summer Jam Hot 97

Written by Zillz™ on June 3rd, 2008 in Zilla Says

Excuse my niggotry, but I’m from VA. I’m not really up on Rosenberg.

Rosenberg talks with Buckshot, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, and Rita J. Ash be talkin’ bout that “splash” shit that Juelz Santana and Jim Jones be on now. A scarf on the head. Speaking of dipset YBF found Cam’ron last weekend in a Miami club with the Heat and Queen Latifah. Cuz you know he’s been on milk carton status since he appeared in front of his pool last summer. he was two-steppin’ to some G-Unit music and chicks were fighting over him. Like coming to blows.

Back to the vid. A 9-foot alien walks out and Kanye walks by but that’s about it. Oh and Rita J’s chesticles. Damn yo.

    Is Hip-Hop On The Defensive?

Written by Zillz™ on April 26th, 2007 in Society

Cam’ron On CBS’ 60 Minutes: Stop Snitching Part 1

Cam’ron on CBS’ 60 Minutes: Stop Snitching Part 2

I’m pretty sure you’ve seen this around the internet already. Seems like Hip-Hop is on the defensive. Anyway, props to onsmash. I swear this “Stop Snitchin’” campaign is gonna be the end-all if it keeps up. One can’t protest for Sean Bell and be mad that the police didn’t snitch on their partners in blue and then on the other side be all hush-hush when these fake-ass wannabe Nino Browns are tearing the block up. This ain’t Sin City.

Al Sharpton On CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360: On Stop Snitching

Russell Simmons CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360: On Stop Snitching

Russell Simmons On Fox’s The O’Reilly Factor

Thanks again for OnSmash. I’ve been doing it up for Zilla Day/Zilla Week and I’ve been missing out on all of this.

Emily King, Cam’ron, Elephant Man, Eve, Nya Jade & Ciara

Written by Zillz™ on April 24th, 2007 in Music

The Don Imus event was truly saddening for all of us. We should be promoting and embracing racial harmony, not racial divisiveness and hatred. If we could see with our hearts we would see the truth… One People, One Spirit, One Mind.” - Emily King

Emily King’s East Side Story drops June 12th.

Thanx Roberto. Although I shouldn’t post this because Emily didn’t answer my submitted questions. yeah I went there. Plus I’ve moved on from Imus…

    Cam’ron Pops Off About Jay-Z, Nas & 50
    Thanx Nick.

Elephant Man’s Lets Get Physical on June 26th.

Elephant Man is on Bad Boy now? I thought it was common knowledge, atleast by now, to stay away from Bad Boy.

Audio: Elephant Man - “Five O” feat. Wyclef

    Site: Official and Myspace

    Thanx Kwasi.

    Eve’s Here I Am on August 7th.

You all know that Eve left (or was dropped from) Dr. Dre’s Aftermath for Geffen Records. And just like The Game, don’t expect any Dr. Dre beats for any exiles. But I doubt Eve is anywhere close as a drama queen as The Game. Here I Am is the album, coming August 7th with production from Timbaland, Scott Storch, Swizz Beatz, Cool & Dre, Pharrell and Sean Paul.
Audio: Eve - “Tambourine” (prod. by Swizz Beatz
    Thanx Amina!

    Fox News: A Bunch Of…

Written by Zillz™ on March 18th, 2007 in Zilla Says

Fox has an awful record of airing bigoted views and highly problematic framing around race issues. www.foxattacks.com

You can actually end the headline with any object you’d like. But for this video, Fox News has never been the friend of blacks. But that’s not news. They shit on EVERYBODY who doesn’t agree with ‘em.

    Tony Yayo

“…Jim Jones cannot f— with me creatively. You can’t be serious. Cam’ron, none of them can f— with me creatively, and I got more money than them. I can call 50 right now and borrow $5 million dollars. It’s not a problem.”

    COMEDY!!!!!!

By that, Memphis Bleek can buy out both of their rosters with a payday loan from Jigga.

Could Summer Jam Get Pics Of Jay-Z’s Lovechild Courtesy Of Cam?

Written by Zillz™ on June 3rd, 2006 in Zilla Says

    Jay-Z
    From XXLmag.com courtesy of Fresh:

Rumor has it that Jay-Z had a child a couple of years back with one of the girls who appeared in the video for “Give It To Me.” After having the baby the unknown chick started to have a sexual relationship (read: fucking) with Nas. Word is that Jay wanted to keep the whole situation on the low so he shipped the girl and the child off to London. Not only did he not want the details of this sticky situation to leak out but he also didn’t want this to be material for a diss track from Nas. Supposedly Jay’s baby mother got paid a fortune after signing a confidentiality agreement that she would never go public since the two of them were never an actual couple.

Now I know what you are thinking. Too good and juicy to be true, right? But wait, there’s more ladies and gentlemen.

Apparently King Joffee Joe is going to hit the stage with fellow Dips Juelz and Jim Jones to perform a new track and thought that a picture of Jay-Z’s alleged seed would be the perfect addition to the infamous Summer Jam screen.

Hey, it may not happen. And what young rich (poor) man who has scourned a promiscous woman hasn’t seen a baby she claimed as yours when it wasn’t. If it does happen, are you willing to take the word of your boy boy Cam? The guy is on stan-status now from the way he’s dropping these poor diss tracks while Jay strays from a complete outward diss. He’d do anything to rectify his gangsta.

    Kid Dynomite As Bizzaro Hov!

Written by Zillz™ on March 3rd, 2006 in Music, Zilla Says

    JJ as Jay-Z
Not feeling like he’s being taken seriously, Cam’ron decides to create a video making fun of President Carter by casting Jimmie Walker (JJ of Good Times) as some sort of Bizarro Jay-Z. (Still Funny) Reminiscent of how Tupac made fun of Biggie and Puffy stand-ins for his diss vid of “Hit ‘Em Up”, Dee was on her job with this one. I still don’t expect Hov to respond. It’s juvenile. BTW, to all of you Dip fans, I listened to the Killa Season advance…It was ass. For more info and pics, click “Dee” above.
