On December 18, 2007, it was announced that an article in OK! Magazine to be released on December 19, 2007 would reveal that Jamie Lynn is pregnant and is keeping the baby. She and her mother spoke to the magazine in an exclusive interview. It was rumored that the father is Casey Aldridge, whom she met in church.
